  4. Review your progress at the end of the day

Step 3: Avoid the Biggest Mistake

The biggest mistake is trying to consume everything quickly. This is not entertainment. This is a system. Move slowly, apply what you learn, and build consistency before adding more.

Step 4: Use the Daily Review

At the end of each day, ask yourself: What did I complete? What triggered me? What do I need to adjust tomorrow? This keeps the system alive.

Step 5: If You Fall Off, Restart Fast

Missing a day does not mean you failed. Do not restart from zero. Review what happened, reset your environment, and continue the next day.
